Inbox Health, founded in 2014, is a software developer to make it easier for patients to pay for healthcare and reduce bureaucracy in healthcare.

History

2021: Raising $15 million, including from I2BF Global Ventures

At the beginning of April 2021, Inbox Health announced the raising of $15 million as part of the Series A financing round. The investment round was led by Commerce Ventures, new and existing investors also invested in Inbox Health, including venture capital companies Vertical Venture Partners, Healthy Ventures, Virtual Equity Fund, Capital, and Russian Capital Fund (the son of the former financial director of Yukosa Alexei Golubovich), as well as the founder and former general director of the WePay, Bill Clerico.

The Inbox Health platform allows you to automate and personalize the communication of health care center employees with patients, as well as simplify their billing process, while providing more transparency about accruals and more convenient payment options, which significantly improves the quality of service.

Inbox Health's communication platform allows billing teams to respond to patient messages with real-time SMS, email, and chat that meet HIPAA requirements.

By April 2021, Inbox Health serves more than 2,400 medical practitioners and 14 million patients in the United States. The company expects to reach half of the US population over the next five years.

One of our main areas of focus is to further expand the data set to improve efficiency and address challenges in the existing ecosystem. The new funding will help us scale these efforts to reach more billing companies and, ultimately, more patients, "said Inbox Health founder and CEO Blake Walker.[1]
