TARGontrol Patrol (Bypass Routes) is a product of TARGontrol, designed to monitor the work of employees of security, technical, cleaning and other services performing rounds.

Purpose of the module

• Prevent staff from disrupting routes and tour schedules with impunity;
• Monitor the timeliness of equipment maintenance;
• Minimize the time spent by technical personnel on recording information on the state of facilities, systems and performed works;
• Contribute to the full implementation of the inspection and work procedures at the facilities (control points);
• Save history and provide any device anywhere in the world with operational information about objects.

Principle of work

• In the web version of the TARGControl system, the responsible person registers the labels in the system and correlates them with the checkpoints on the object. Then adds walk routes, pass rules, and assigns walk schedules to employees.
• To each control point (mark), the responsible person can attach work schedules, check lists, add mandatory fields for entering readings from equipment.
• Travellers are given mobile devices with TARGotrol Patrol installed, where they are authorized with a personal number and password. After authorization in the application, the graphics and routes of upcoming walks become available for viewing.
• As the route passes, the employee scans the marks (RFID or QR) on checkpoints, notes the work performed or enters the necessary parameters. In addition, during a tour, he can leave arbitrary text comments and photos that will later appear in the route reports.

All data from the TARGontrol Patrol application is synchronized with the cloud. In the reports on the routes passed, the following are available: the start and end times of the tour, the order of passage, equipment parameters, photos, messages, etc. In addition, the reports reflect violations committed by employees when passing the route (delays, missing marks, incomplete route, etc.).

The TARGotrol Bypass Routes module allows you to evaluate the quality of work of service employees performing rounds and have up-to-date information about the state of the organization's facilities/equipment to provide timely maintenance and repair.
