2021: Development of an analysis system

April 8, 2021 it became known that system integrator Awara IT together Enapter with developed a solution for real-time monitoring and analysis of indicators obtained from various devices. The product is constructed using. cloud services Microsoft Azure data Arrays are collected by, Internet of things and work processes are simulated by. digital doubles The solution allows visual monitoring of 40 + indicators.

Enapter had the task of developing a system for collecting and analyzing data arrays from device sensors. Since exceptional attention was paid to the safety of equipment, a separate solution was required for preventive monitoring of even minimal deviations from the norm.

The customer's internal IT competence allows the company to develop such solutions independently. But to accelerate the set business tasks, including the launch of additional functionality in the form of digital doubles and artificial intelligence, it was decided to turn to the Awara IT system integrator.

The goal of the partner team was to create a solution that visually monitors and analyzes the indicators obtained from various sensors of the device, integrating with the existing customer solution. Product requirements: collecting indicators using the IIoT (industrial Internet of Things), modeling the processes of working on digital twins, monitoring the safe operation of devices. It was required to introduce predictive analytics, an anomaly detector with the ability to quickly respond to probable malfunctions.

Awara IT and Enapter have built a solution for monitoring and analyzing indicators obtained from a variety of sensors of hydrogen generators, integrating Microsoft Azure services. All customer requirements for the product are fully considered. The resulting solution allows visual monitoring of 40 + indicators: temperature, pressure, flow rate and water level, voltage, excess amount of energy consumed, real-time prediction of failures. Based on the collected data, users' energy needs are modeled and predicted, equipment problems are detected and sensors are evaluated. A product based on the Internet of Things and digital twins, supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to detect anomalies, Azure allowed Enapter to reduce long-term investments in developing its own solution. The payback of the project according to preliminary estimates will be only one year.

With a range of ready-to-use and easily scalable services, integration with the Azure cloud ecosystem has reduced the time it takes to bring customer development to market. Initial licensing investments are minimized, costs from CAPEX mode are converted to OPEX. This provided additional support for the client investing in business development.

Integration with the Azure ecosystem has helped to speed things up. The professional recommendations and approaches of Awara IT ensured the quick start and work of the joint team, expanded the functionality of our existing solution and added value to the final product. All this helped us get closer to our main goal - to reduce the cost of green hydrogen, "says Sebastian-Justus Schmidt, chairman of Enapter.

During the process of Enapter technical integration into the cloud, existing developments were saved, ready-made Azure services were added to quickly adapt the solution and achieve results. Significantly reduced time to market customer products. The solution is easily scaled and modified to meet the requirements of other market players, used for remote management, as well as as a training tool close to reality, "says Alexander Ermakov, managing partner of Awara IT.
