The Information Technology Committee of the Volgograd Region and Red Soft strengthened cooperation

2022: Continued interaction

The Information Technology Committee of the Volgograd Region and the company "RED SOFT" will continue cooperation on the development and maintenance of the regional system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (RSMEV). This was announced by Red Soft on February 11, 2022.

RED SOFT has been participating in the development of the RSMEV of the Volgograd region since 2012. For nine years, the company, based on its own developments, created 129 modules in the system that help KIT of the region communicate with more than 20 departments (Rosreestr, Federal Tax Service of Russia, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Federal Treasury, etc.).

The RSMEV of the Volgograd region automated the interaction of the executive authorities of the Volgograd region with other departments, which made it possible to improve the quality of public services.

As of February 2022, 1,611 executive authorities of the Volgograd region and 6,024 users were registered in the RSMEV.

Further cooperation includes the modification of previously developed modules of the system and the expansion of the list of modules for obtaining information from other SMEV participants. In carrying out the tasks, RED SOFT will ensure uninterrupted data exchange, as well as provide reliable technical support.

2021: Contract for the maintenance and development of SMEV

The Information Technology Committee of the Volgograd Region signed a state contract with Red Soft for the maintenance and development of the state information system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SMEV). This was announced on April 9, 2021 in Red Soft.

By the beginning of 2021 the committee information delivers to technologiyvolgogradsky area through SMEV dozens of different types of data and has access to data more than 20 bodies of the federal and regional authority for various types of inquiries.

At the same time, it is planned to modify the previously developed modules of the system and update electronic services according to the latest version of the methodological recommendations of SMEV 3.x. These changes will reduce peak loads on, infrastructure organize guaranteed delivery of data to the recipient, increase the size of data in one request from 5 MB to 1 GB.
