Availability of online kanban boards

On the cloud platform for collaboration, DataLine is now available Wekan - an online kanban board. Platform users will be able to connect an additional project management tool that provides visualization and transparency of task execution. This was announced on June 24, 2021 by DataLine.

As part of the platform service, DataLine specialists deploy and configure Wekan for the client. The solution is based on the Kanban methodology - a task setting system in which all stages of the project are visualized on a special board. This helps users manage the current work: set and receive tasks with a given deadline, always be aware of the stage at which the project is located, and predict the deadlines for achieving the set goals.

Data hosted on Wekan boards is stored in a dedicated cloud disk for each client that uses a fault-tolerant virtual infrastructure in the Tier III data center. Only authorized customer employees have access to the data. Thanks to this, project information and files do not go to the Internet, as a result - they are not indexed by search engines and advertising systems. Only the customer who self-regulates access to the data remains. Centralized user authorization in the online kanban board is implemented using the Active Directory solution or LDAP controller.

Announcing a Collaboration Platform

The company DataLine April 13, 2021 introduced a platform for collaboration. The service is designed to help remote teams work on common tasks and documents in a secure environment.

The collaboration platform from DataLine is a secure cloudy storage on-base platform, NextCloud complemented by online collaboration tools:

• online editor of documents, tables and charts;
• Media File Editor
• task tracker and kanban board;
• Contacts and calendars connected to any mail service
• possibility of conducting surveys and filling out forms.

According to the developers, the service will help customers quickly organize the work of a distributed team: compile a list of project tasks with priorities and deadlines, set up tracking their status on a common board, create meetings with participants, form a common repository of documents and work on them together. You can connect external partners to the platform and give them limited access to files and tasks according to the role in the project.      Thanks to the open API platform, you can add other modules: mind maps, connection to, and to printers to scanners other devices, your own services for working files with in specialized formats, for example, medical files. Unlike corporate subscriptions in public cloud services, the service DataLine ensures the security of corporate data:
