On April 14, 2021, LokoTech LLC announced the appointment of Boris Bogatyrev, who had also previously headed Roslokomotiv JSC, as Director General.

The head of the company was tasked with ensuring the strategic development of the locomotive division of the TMX group, the transition of the work of LokoTech enterprises under life cycle contracts.
