2021: Cognitive Agro Pilot Technology Implementation Plans

The unmanned combine will work on the fields of the Volgograd region. This was announced on April 16, 2021 by Cognitive Pilot, which entered into a deal with the agricultural company Fermaland LLC.

The introduction of Cognitive Agro Pilot technology into the combine control system will increase productivity, reduce fuel consumption, reduce crop losses during harvesting, and also allow the machine operator to concentrate directly on quality control of the processing and harvesting process.

The Cognitive Agro Pilot system is able to detect and track the position of the edge of a beveled crop, rolls, rows of crops (corn, sunflower), detect the field termination zone, obstacles, equipment and people. In addition, the introduced technology ensures operation in any weather conditions and under any illumination.
