Robot "Nikolai," created on the basis of voice technologies of BSS, conducted "Total dictation." This was announced by the BSS on April 16, 2021.

Voice assistant Nikolai has been working in the Novosibirsk region since 2019.

The robot carefully observed all the punctuation rules, made pauses between proposals, repeated what he had read, and also exchanged joking remarks with the moderator of Total Dictation and quoted Brodsky.

The voice robot Nikolai was created on the basis of solutions included in the omnichannel dialogue platform Digital2Speech. The participation of the robot Nikolai in the "Total Dictation" is timed to coincide with the Year of Science and Technology, which takes place in Russia in 2021.

We see that artificial intelligence is able to solve a variety of problems. Our robot Nikolai has proven himself in the work of the MFC and in the field of health, solving the problems of Novosibirsk and helping them on a wide range of issues.
