The Federal Treasury Department of Udmurtia started a corporate portal

Softline announces the end of implementation of the DeskWork corporate portal in Federal Treasury Department for the Udmurt Republic (the Federal Treasury Department on UR). DeskWork became a common information space, helped to increase efficiency of communications and document flow in the organization.

Cooperation of Federal Treasury Department for the Udmurt Republic and Softline company continues already over a year. When before IT specialists of the Federal Treasury Department in UR there was a task to find the solution for the organization of information communications and document flow, they addressed to Softline company. In the most complete way own development of Softline company – the DeskWork corporate portal which delivery was performed within cooperation met all requirements of the customer.

In the Federal Treasury Department on UR implementation of the DeskWork corporate portal was made by forces of own IT specialists, without the address to technical support service. A possibility of installation and setup in one working day without interruption of business processes of the organization – one of features of the DeskWork corporate portal.

At once after implementation on an internal management portal of Federal Treasury across the Udmurt Republic the modules "Universal Informer", "Address directory", "Declarations" were configured and also the websites of departments of the organization are created.

"Universal informer" – it is any the configured news block obtaining information from open sources in the Internet. If employees daily have to come on several external Internet resources to learn, for example, currency rate or share value, then the module "Universal Informer" can provide this information on the home page of the portal.

"Using the portal we created the uniform node of information available to our employees at any time. At the same time their addresses were reduced by external resources of the Internet", – Boris Bronnikov, the head of information technology of the Federal Treasury Department on UR noted.
