LLC "Russian Thermal Insulation Company" is a full-cycle enterprise, all stages of the technological process of which take place in Russia: from the introduction of technical developments and mixing of components to the production of finished materials. 2024: Plant Construction Plan for Production of Thermal Insulation Materials

In the Vnukovo region, as part of a large-scale investment project, an environmentally friendly plant for the production of thermal insulation materials for construction, heating, water supply, medicine, fuel, oil and gas and other industries will be built. This was announced on May 3, 2024 by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport Maxim Liksutov.

The city provides a variety of support measures to Moscow industrialists. According to the decision of the Mayor of Moscow, from March 2022, investors can rent a land plot at a preferential rate of one ruble per year and place production on it. Recently, the city approved the implementation of a large-scale investment project in CJSC. There will open an enterprise for the manufacture of thermal insulation materials, where 70 people will be able to find a job, - said Maxim Liksutov.

The city will provide the investor with 1.13 hectares of land. One of the manufacturers of thermal insulation, RTK, will open the plant.

It is planned that at the plant the investor will establish the production of thermal insulation coating, polymer masterbatches, as well as mounting tapes. The company's products are in demand in construction, medicine, shipbuilding, oil and gas production, industry and other industries. The planned production volume is three thousand tons of products per year, - said the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky..

The company implements a full production cycle. For example, technical developments, which are then introduced into the production process, are carried out in their own research laboratory.

The construction of the plant with the support of the city will reduce the cost of leasing land and direct funds to automate production, as well as improve supply chains. The company aims to maximize its presence in the domestic market and increase capacity, said the executive director of the company Mikhail Sarychev.

The allocation of land plots for the construction of new industries within the framework of large-scale investment projects is an effective measure of business support from the city, which simplifies the creation and development of enterprises for developers. In addition, this contributes to the emergence of new jobs, important products for life and the influx of investment in the capital's economy.
