At the Kungur Printing House, the Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230 narrow-moon digital printing machine began work. With the help of CPM, the printing house will produce labels under the brand name "Fit label." This was announced on April 26, 2021 by Konica Minolta Business Solutions Russia.

The launch of the machine was carried out by service engineers of the Russian representative office Konica Minolta. AccurioLabel 230 will significantly reduce the production cycle and ensure efficient printing of short copies of labels. This is a serious difference between digital printing and analog equipment: you do not need to spend time producing printing plates and spend material on an attachment. The AccurioLabel 230 machine allows high-quality printing on most standard flexo printing materials with a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi and guarantees the stability of color reproduction even on long (up to 1000 m) runs.

This equipment will perfectly complement the flexographic machine that we have already installed. The capabilities of our production now allow us to offer customers a full range of label production services: from concept development to printing on a variety of materials and any circulation. As of April 2021, we are conducting a test launch of a digital printing machine, are finalizing our CRM and ERP systems - and are already open to cooperation, "says Artyom Halutorny, production director of the Kungur Printing House.

The results of printing Data Matrix codes on Konica Minolta equipment have already been tested for validation, they were given the highest class A.
