Information for these reports is received by e-mail from dozens of districts, cities and institutions that report on the use of the budget allocated to them. For the first report, information is received once a month, for the second - once a quarter. It takes a long time to process all incoming emails, verify the data for correctness, and consolidate all reports into a single form. The task was shifted to a software robot.

The robot processes incoming emails from dozens of districts, cities and institutions. Finds and downloads an investment - this is a benefit form 106 or a report on the use of the reserve fund.

The robot reconciles data in reports with benchmarks. Benchmarks are loaded locally.

If the data does not converge, then the robot selects the lines on which the data did not converge, and sends the file to the sender with a request to correct the comments.

Based on all the correct data, the robot generates summary reports.
