2020: Implementation of "1C:ERP. Enterprise Management "

Project Description

At LLC Vimar"" it was decided to implement the solution 1C:ERP. Enterprise Management"."

Results: 1. Prompt receipt of reliable information on the release of finished products and recording of costs for their production.

2. The influence of the human factor on the correctness of the data on the movement of stocks is excluded by integrating the information system with weighing equipment, scanners and printers of barcodes and data collection terminals.

3. Operational collection of actual data on sales, procurement, release of finished products, cash flow is organized.

4. The system reflects reliable information on the availability of warehouse stocks (raw materials, materials, finished products) at their storage locations.

5. Control over the spending of funds is ensured, as well as prompt receipt of information on upcoming receipts of funds and payments.

6. The system reflects information about all contracts, validity periods and their execution by amount.

7. Control over the actual cost of finished products is organized.

8. For each group of users, different levels of access to information were provided depending on the accounting tasks performed.

The project was completed on September 30, 2020. The system employs 30 people. At the moment, the system is being monitored.
