2020: Automation of maintenance service based on "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2"

In connection with the commissioning of the LNG Complex, there was a need to automate the production and economic activities of the enterprise. At the start of the automation project, the Maintenance and Repair Service (PM) did not have clearly regulated processes. All documentation was stored in paper form, maintenance and repair planning was compiled manually in Excel.

The solution is 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.

The system had to reflect the following:

  • The company uses long-term planning: a plan of repairs and shutdown of the enterprise, preparation of estimates and budget are formed three years before the work.
  • Planning and budgeting processes include multi-stage negotiation.
  • The company uses an operational control system (SDS).
  • Repair facilities have a double strictly regulated corporate hierarchical structure and coding system that meets the requirements of other systems and corporate rules.
  • Repair and maintenance works are carried out in several stages, both by own departments and with the involvement of contractors.
  • At the time of startup of the automated system, the company has:

1,088 operational facilities
more than 10,000 units (equipment)

To automate the customer's business processes, the maintenance subsystem of the product "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" was implemented. The implementation partner was the SoftBalance group of companies.

The following units are started in the MR subsystem:

  • Accounting of equipment and standards;
  • Accounting of operating facilities operating time and their units;
  • Registration of defects (defects);
  • Planning of expenses with construction and maintenance equipment (accounting of materials and services for further planning of repairs);
  • Generation of repair schedules;
  • Performance of works, formation of repair orders.

The automated system contains all significant information about operation objects, equipment components, operating time indicators, as well as maintenance and repair regulations.

The TOI subsystem "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" is fully implemented. The client has the following capabilities:

  • Create a centralized database of regulatory reference information on diagnostics, maintenance and repairs;
  • Manage equipment maintenance and repair;
  • Plan repairs of various types of equipment: scheduled preventive repairs, routine repairs, repairs according to technical condition, overhaul and others.

The automation results include:

  • Reduced risks of equipment failure due to late diagnostic examination, maintenance and repair;
  • Operational prevention, detection and elimination of equipment failures and damages;
  • The system displays up-to-date data on the current state of the objects

Total number of employees working in the system: 200
