2021: Automation of business budgeting processes

On May 13, 2021, the company Diasoft"" announced that it had implemented MSP Bank an automation project business processes related to the budgeting of business activities. With the transition to the Diasoft solution, developed on the Digital Q ERP Solutions business development platform (until March 2020 - the product line Diasoft Master Balance), SME Bank completed IT the transformation for registration systems business operations.

As a result of the SME project, the Bank received an IT solution tailored to the specifics of internal budgeting, planning and control processes. Its functionality will allow to bank you to organize budget planning "bottom up," form a consolidated planned budget, and also provide operational control of payments for compliance with the budget and adjustment of cost estimates. The Diasoft team has implemented integration solutions with systems already established at SME Bank for accounting for business contracts, settlements with accountable persons and accounting for fixed assets.

One of the results of the project was the transfer of the bank to a single system of management of intra-business activities, which in the future will allow the bank to completely abandon paper document circulation.

During the project, we coped with the difficulties associated with the lack of direct contact with the client due to remote work, as well as with the large amount of functionality that was required to be supported. As a result, we completed the project taking into account the required deadlines, without losing product quality and implementation, "says Mikhail Lebedev, director of the Business and HR department of Diasoft.
