Ventall manufactured and supplied 7,000 m2 of sandwich panels for the construction of the MinMed office and production building

2021: Supply 7,000 m2 of wall and roof sandwich panels

On May 12, 2021, it became known that Ventall LLC implemented the second project for MinMed LLC, a manufacturer and supplier of laboratory utensils and supplies for laboratories. For the office and production building in the village of Suponevo, Bryansk Region, the Ventall plant prepared a specification, produced and delivered 7,000 m2 of wall and roof sandwich panels, and also laid them out in accordance with the architectural features of the building.

Ventall was chosen as the responsible project contractor due to the previous positive cooperation experience and high technical characteristics of the products. Galvanized painted steel is used to manufacture this product. The thickness of the metal substrate is standardized (0.6 mm), the weight of the zinc coating on each side of the sheet is at least 275 g/m2. Thanks to this, brand sandwich panels are distinguished by their high carrying capacity. The material also has excellent heat insulation properties, high mechanical strength and relatively low weight, provides fire safety, water resistance and noise absorption.

The complexity of the project was that the architecture of the building on two facades should be in a steep radius. To solve this issue, the best personnel of the company's design bureau were involved. Ventall LLC has developed detailed instructions for the preliminary preparation of panels for bending along the radius and solved the task. For all the questions that arose, Ventall employees promptly gave comprehensive qualified answers, which helped to qualify the installation. All materials were delivered within the required time and scope.

At the Ventall plant, they quickly produced the necessary number of sandwich panels, prepared a specification for elements and made a layout taking into account two areas with roundels that required a separate study. The products were delivered according to the contract, which made it possible to complete the construction of the office and production building as planned.
