Familiarity with business process automation technology was started quite a long time ago, at the end of 2016, "said Sergey Zavelishko, head of the Project Office department, and the Center for Corporate Solutions. And based on the results of comparison with various solutions, UiPath seemed to us the most promising and mature platform in the market. The cooperation of the companies started after a pilot project, the purpose of which was to introduce four robots. Then the project was expanded to automate and support about 30 business processes, including processing bank statements, payments and solving some HR tasks. After its implementation, the company created its own competence center, which is engaged in the creation of robots using the RPA platform UiPath.

One of the important reasons for choosing this particular platform was the licensing logic that provides transparency in calculating the economic effect of automation. Great attention was also paid to the presence on the labor market of competent specialists ready to work in this direction.

The company considers the economic effect of using robots to have exceeded the value of 60 FTE (full-time equivalent - the equivalent of full-time employment of one employee of the company). Part of the service lines, for example, the "Office for the organization of events and business trips," was created immediately taking into account the complete or almost complete processing of work processes by robots.
