The state prosecution asked to sentence the Russian to imprisonment for a term of 7.2 to 9 years. According to prosecutors, such a sentence "will be a convincing signal that this type of criminal behavior will be punished with a significant term of imprisonment," and will also deter the defendant himself from illegal behavior in the future.
