Biography

Was born in the city of Chkalovsk of the Leninabad Region. Tajik SSRV. In 1998 graduated from the Kazakh national technical university majoring in "programmer".

During 1999-2003 occupied the leading IT positions in the different commercial organizations, from them worked more than 2 years in the integratorsky direction "Siemens Business Servisez".

From 2003 to 2013 worked in Asteros group (before Bee-Ey-Si) where since 2008 held a position of the vice president, head of technical directorate.

In the summer of 2013 Vladimir Volkov was appointed to the position of the technical director Technoserv. Strategic development and the management of technical directorate of integrator, formation of technical policy of Technoserv, increase in portfolio of services and products of the company, including due to the innovation and service-oriented services enters its duties in this position. After Volkov's leaving Asteros of his function in the company distributed between a number of heads.
