2021: Start Service to Justify Initial Price

On May 27, 2021, a service began operating at the federal electronic site "TEK-Torg" to justify the initial (maximum) price for purchased goods in accordance with the procedure established by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of May 15, 2020 No. 450n. The service allows customers under 44-FZ to calculate the NAMC of the contract when purchasing medical devices in automatic mode, while pricing for one item takes an average of no more than 5 minutes.

Manual settlement requires significant time costs and high qualifications from the contract specialist, since with a large range of goods, analysis is carried out on a large array of disparate data. In this case, the time for preparing the calculation is increased, the quality of information processing is reduced, and the risk of error is increased. When purchasing medical products, the price of such an error can be very high.

The service frees customers from the need to use additional sites, directories, calculators or prepare reports manually, "said Dmitry Sytin, general director of TEK-Torg JSC. - Data collection takes place directly from the register of contracts according to the criteria set by the customer, which significantly speeds up the procedure for obtaining up-to-date information - on average, pricing for one item takes no more than 5 minutes.

The solution includes the software classifier KKPD2, which allows already at the stage of creating the initial maximum price to check which regulations should be followed by the customer in accordance with a particular subject of purchase. You can also use the service to carry out automatic price recalculation in different units of measure, generate billing for several items at once, and perform other actions that ensure correct calculation.

Access to the service is provided free of charge to customers who register and place purchases on site in the Public Procurement section.
