2021: Implementation of "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution"

Unistrim maintains payroll and personnel records of employees in the system "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution." This was announced by Antegra on May 28, 2021.

In 2020, Unistrim appealed to Antigra Consulting with a request to switch to another automated system of personnel accounting and payroll calculation due to the need to reduce the costs of supporting the system, increase the speed of regulated personnel accounting and payroll calculation and reduce the number of data entry errors.

Antegra Consulting offered its solution "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution," developed on the basis of the software product "1C: Salary and Personnel Management 8." The proposed solution implemented the possibility of forming transactions on the bank chart of accounts, unloading transactions, accounting for short-term and long-term liabilities and other functionality necessary for banks, which influenced the choice in favor of this company.

As part of this implementation, Antegra Consulting automated the following areas: bank

  • Payroll calculation;
  • Regulated reporting;
  • Regulated personnel accounting.

Also, Antegra consulting carried out the transfer of data from the replaceable system; additional necessary functionality is implemented, which is not present in the typical configuration; parametric configuration of the program and training of users on working with the system "Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution" has been made.

As part of the additional development to the functionality of the personnel accounting and payroll automation system, the following software product modifications were implemented:

  • Developed the unloading of payment orders for transfer to employees, transfer of contributions and personal income tax, transfer to other counterparties (alimony) in the format imported into ABS;
  • Developed the unloading of the payroll register for transfer to the bank;
  • A functionality has been developed for downloading an Excel file for generating award orders;
  • The file format for uploading transactions to ABS has been refined;
  • A function has been developed for sending various kinds of notifications;
  • Developed integration with external corporate systems of the bank;
  • Finalization of printed forms and personnel documents;
  • A mechanism has been developed to retain employees in currency.

As of May 2021, JSC KB Unistrim continues its cooperation with Antegra Consulting, which provides consulting and technical support for the implemented software product Antegra: Salary and Personnel Management of the Credit Institution.
