2023-2024
In 2023-2024, Mikhail Bizhan served as Deputy General Director at M.Video-Eldorado. He was also the General Director of the M.Tekh product subsidiary, where he was responsible for optimizing the organizational structure and developing the business through products and technologies. Experience in retail provides an understanding of customer service and mass digital solutions.
Earlier, Mikhail Bizhan held various IT positions in OTP Bank, Raiffeisen Bank and Sberbank-Technologies. Work in the largest banks provided a deep understanding of the specifics of banking information systems. Experience in different financial institutions allowed us to study different approaches to building an IT architecture.
2025: Appointment of MTS Bank Chief information officer
In December, MTS Bank announced the appointment of Mikhail Bizhan to the post of vice president and head of the information technology cluster of the bank of a credit institution. Alexey Klepikov, who previously headed this area, leaves his position in connection with the transition to the implementation of new tasks in the next stage of his career.
It is noted that Mikhail Bizhan will be responsible for the strategy for the development of the bank's IT cluster, the introduction of solutions based on artificial intelligence and digital technologies to transform internal processes and client paths.
The area of responsibility of the new head includes the modernization and scaling of the bank's IT infrastructure. Mikhail Bizhan will also be engaged in improving cyber resistance and the effectiveness of data quality management. These areas are critical for the modern banking business in the face of growing cyber threats.
Mikhail Bizhan has 17 years of experience in the banking sector, retail and financial technologies. Before joining MTS Bank for two years, he worked at the Svoy Bank fintech startup, where he was a member of the board of directors. At the same time, Mikhail Bizhan acted as an independent consultant and member of the supervisory boards in a number of Russian and international companies.[1]
