Deputy Alexander Bryksin: Focusing on sports and helping with education will help grow the country's elite

The deputy of the State Duma of the VI and VII convocations, Alexander Bryksin, spends a significant part of the earned funds on charity.

For the most part, the politician pays attention to sports events. This is understandable: from childhood, Bryksin is inextricably connected with wrestling - a discipline in which he achieved serious results and even got into the national team. But the representative of the Kursk region in the lower house of parliament supports financially not only fighters.

Every year, Alexander Bryksin allocates funds to the prize fund of equestrian competitions, which are held in the Cheremisinovsky district of the Kursk region, which he oversees.

In 2019, Bryksin gave the Kursk equestrian school a stallion named Black Boy. Now his rider is a young athlete Karina Voinova. A girl who has been engaged in equestrian sports for many years, Alexander Yuryevich sent horse riding clothes in support, and horse ammunition in Black Battle.

Rhythmic gymnastics - special love

Alexander Bryksin assists in conducting and organizing competitions for the open "Maria Butyrskaya Cup." In 2021, figure skating competitions named after the first world champion in women's singles will be held for the 12th time. The geography of the tournament participants becomes wider every year: today more than 150 novice skaters from 5 to 15 years from the Black Earth Region to Moscow participate in the event.

Another sport that Bryksin identifies among the rest is rhythmic gymnastics. According to Alexander Yuryevich, he got into gymnastics 23 years ago, when the eldest daughter was 5 years old, and he could not let go of this sport. Now the daughter of the politician is an international master of sports, and Bryksin himself holds the post of vice president of the All-Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics. In 2013, at the expense of the deputy, special coverage was purchased for rhythmic gymnastics in the city of Kurchatov, Kursk region. He also supported the renewal of the sports and concert complex already in Kursk itself. Alexander Bryksin provides charitable assistance in the form of a purchase from personal funds of gymnastic carpets for the federations of rhythmic gymnastics not only Kursk, but also Pskov, Kemerovo, Tula and Moscow regions.

Motivation is more important than any money

Bryksin is sure that for motivation to win young athletes it is not enough to have a convenient hall and sports ammunition. A personal example is also important. Therefore, meetings of residents of the Kursk region with famous athletes have become a tradition - they have been held regularly since 2011. Thanks to personal agreements, the deputy managed to invite both four-time Olympic champion in gymnastics Alexei Nemov and one of the best Russian football players Alexander Mostovoy. Four-time MMA world champion Fedor Emelianenko and famous hockey player Pavel Bure attended the region with master classes.

"The level of sportsmanship needs to be raised constantly. Including thanks to the master classes of our great athletes. Our task is to develop mass sports. Nothing motivates juniors like live communication with champions. Athletes should see an example before their eyes, "- Alexander Bryksin is sure.

Paralympic Sports Development

Alexander Yuryevich Bryksin considers it his duty to give the opportunity to engage in sports to people with health features. The deputy allocated personal funds for the repair of the center for medical and sports rehabilitation and adaptation of disabled children "Opora" in the city of Kursk. With this money, the roof of the center was repaired, where children with disabilities develop sports of the Paralympic program. To conduct fights in contact sports, special mats were bought.

Helping children is especially important for politics. Every year, Bryksin transfers funds to the regional charity marathon "World of Childhood." The money primarily goes to the treatment of children. Financial support is also provided to the Kursk "Regional Specialized Children's House."
