NPF Sberbank (Diasoft FA Respect)

At the beginning of June, 2010 the Non-state pension fund of Savings bank and Diasoft company announced project completion on implementation of "AS of NPF Sberbank" – the automated system supporting all directions of non-state pension provision.

Implementation of "AS of NPF Sberbank" is intended to facilitate processing, accounting and control of these clients of Fund, to accelerate process of data entry and to reduce information processing terms, thereby having reduced holding time of clients of our Fund. Now a system is installed in branches of Sberbank across all Russia.

In September, 2012 the Non-state pension fund of Sberbank and Diasoft company announced a successful completion of the project on implementation of the new version of Diasoft FA# for process automation of mandatory pension insurance.

As noted, the mandatory pension insurance (MPI) — one of the main activities of NPF Sberbank. Eventually the fund had a need of operational receiving up-to-date information about work of departments of Sberbank of Russia that is required for fast decision making and increase in the quality standards of work with clients. For formation of uniform information base it was required to organize accounting of primary data in regional divisions of fund and to automate process of their transfer to the central office.

For the solution of these tasks the software product Diasoft FA# Respect, RPE functioning based on ME Seven information technology platform was chosen. The modern tool created by specialists of Diasoft allowed to solve a problem of operational accounting of all necessary data and provided support of consolidation of information from sales points.

Implementation of the module at the central office began in December, 2010 — the functionality of the module covers the conclusion and support of agreements of RPE. The modules operated in geographically distributed divisions of fund provide automation of signing of the contracts. Within the project data migration is carried also out, processes of intermodular information exchange are developed.

As expected, system implementation of Diasoft FA# Respect, RPE which is successfully completed in August of this year will allow to increase efficiency of conducting the main accounting in fund and efficiency of its interaction with sales points, will provide reliability of functioning of the system which is responsible for accounting of essentially important data and will reduce dates of receipt of the comprehensive information about work of divisions of fund.
