The Bank of Russia since December 22, 2017 revoked a license for banking operations from the Moscow commercial bank "Preodoleniye". It is said in the statement of the regulator.

The Central Bank elicited  the facts of carrying out "shadow" currency exchange transactions in bank and also detected numerous violations of the law and regulations in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing, regarding timeliness of representation and reliability of information on the transactions which are subject to mandatory control being sent to authorized body.

In the message of the regulator it is also noted that the management and owners of bank did not take effective measures on normalization of its activity. Powers of executive bodies of bank are suspended, the temporary administration is appointed.

Besides, the Central Bank cancelled the license for implementation of professional activity by bank in security market.

The Preodoleniye bank is a participant of deposit insurance system. According to data of the reporting, on the value of assets for December 1 he took the 436th place in a banking system of the Russian Federation.

The main specialization of Preodoleniye bank was rendering to the corporate clients working in the real sector of economy (first of all, in the food industry, trade, construction, communication, the service industry) a full range of modern banking products and services for successful business.

In bank the system Internet bank allowing corporate clients and individuals independently functioned to manage all financial transactions.
