2021: Draft development strategy for Russia for 5.6 trillion rubles
In June 2021, it became known about the new strategy for the socio-economic development of Russia developed by the Ministry of Economic Development until 2030 with a total value of 5.6 trillion rubles. The document includes blocks related to high technology.
So, it is planned to allocate 1.2 trillion rubles for the New High-Tech Economy block. This includes the development of highly automated electric transport in cities, the preparation of the highway infrastructure M11 Moscow St. Petersburg for the movement of cargo drones, unmanned airfield delivery of cargo "Russian Post" in hard-to-reach regions, the launch of ferries along the Ust-Luga-Baltiysk route , as well as the financing of projects and. In addition, parts of this block were:
- "Breakthrough to liquefied natural gas markets";
- "Take-off - from a startup to an IPO" (a system for growing startups for the specific technological tasks of the country and large companies);
- "Fast Track for Investment in Regions" (Medium Investment Support System);
- "Targeted acceleration of SMEs" (start-up entrepreneur package for priority industries).
Also included in the strategy is a block called the "National Innovation System," for which Minek provided for costs of 269 billion rubles. This part of the strategy of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation included:
- student startup support system;
- the establishment of 30 engineering schools;
- provision of public services online and at a single access point;
- introduction of electronic document management of legal entities and individuals.[1]
According to Kommersant, the new strategy for socio-economic development until 2030 may also include a plan for the development of new nuclear technologies prepared by Rosatom. Its cost is estimated at 506.34 billion rubles, of which about 150 billion rubles are proposed to be received from the budget. One of the goals of the plan is to increase the export of nuclear technologies, the document will be submitted to the government in the near future.[2]
