2023: 1C Integration Solution

On June 5, 2023, the ATI.SU Freight Exchange announced the availability of a demonstration extension to integrate its API with 1C products. This technological solution allows the company's customers to automate the process of adding cargo to the site directly in the accounting system based on the 1C: Enterprise platform.

As of June 2023, the daily activities of many companies Russia in and related to countries CIS the accounting and dispatch of goods are based on the use of various products of the software platform "." 1C ATI.SU users have repeatedly expressed their wishes to introduce the company's services into the 1C interface.

For these purposes, the company's specialists have developed a demonstration extension that uses the capabilities of the ATI.SU API, a universal API for integrating various functions of the Exchange. Now it can also be used for integration with the 1C: Trade Management software solution. The design of the interface of this demo product is as close as possible to the usual view of the ATI.SU website.

This integration allows you to manage loads sent to the 1C accounting system without having to switch between the site and the accounting program. In addition, the solution also provides the opportunity to quickly add cargo to ATI.SU with one click of the button with the Exchange logo in the "1C" interface.

Exchange users can download the corresponding extension files posted in the public domain, install and open the solution in their configurator using ready-made step-by-step instructions. Next, their 1C specialists or invited integrators can test workflows, learn the details of the organization of the data structure and code. Then they can transfer this solution to their configuration without unnecessary time, using the ready-made open source fragments that are contained in the extension.

The demonstration expansion of ATI.SU is primarily addressed to a large circle of large and medium-sized companies that build automation processes for their business on the basis of 1C.

The variety of 1C products and their operating configurations makes it difficult for us to create a universal solution for Exchange users. A demo solution developed on the basis of our API is an opportunity to verify the performance of such a bundle and facilitate the integration process. This is another step towards being useful for companies in further automating their logistics processes, "explained Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

2022: Transport Search API and Active Carrier Search API update

The Freight Exchange ATI.SU has updated API the Search transport and Search API for active carriers, making them more accessible, in terms of integration pricing policy. Now logistic employees of transport companies can select free transport or look for performers on the site directly from their own. The accounting system developer announced this on February 9, 2022.

ATI.SU Exchange offers users a set of free and commercial APIs, the choice of which depends on the type of participant: carrier, forwarding agent or shipper. Since December 2021, it has become more convenient to pay for commercial APIs: the user can make it on the billing page in the same way as he pays for licenses for ATI.SU. Now you do not need to sign a separate agreement and pay a separate bill.

For February 2022, you can access two APIs. The Transport Search API is designed to automatically search for performers who are ready to transport a specific cargo. The Active Carrier Search API is designed primarily for companies that are looking for carriers in certain areas for long-term cooperation.

In both cases, significant simplification of the work of logicians occurs by filtering the data and obtaining contacts of the relevant performer, taking into account the characteristics of the cargo and route.

Shipping companies, freight forwarders and cargo owners use the software interfaces of the ATI.SU Exchange in order to integrate various services, as well as the ATI-Docks document management system, into their own logistics, accounting, accounting and other applications. Thus, they automate the most important logistics processes of the company and can use connected services in "one window" mode. In the summer of 2021, the Exchange updated the API documentation portal for developers so that all information about the capabilities of software interfaces was collected in a single database and succinctly presented.

In the context of a shortage of cargo carriers, it is important for logistics to very quickly receive and process up-to-date information about the presence of cars and performers in the road freight market. Ideally - directly from your software, without going to the Exchange website. That is why we have updated the APIs in demand due to the situation on the market. They have become even more convenient to use and affordable, including for representatives of medium and small businesses, "said Alexander Wilde, Development Director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

2021: Updated API Documentation Portal for Integration

"ATI.SU Freight Exchange" June 10, 2021 presented updated portal documentation API for integration.

The documentation portal simplifies and clarifies integration for developers, and for software owners, customers of integrated solutions - informs in detail about the capabilities that are provided to them through the API. Thus, companies now have a full-fledged tool for automating common logistics processes - they can use it within the framework of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange digital services ecosystem.

Participants of the ATI.SU Exchange - carriers, freight forwarders, cargo owners - use various program interfaces (APIs) to organize the interaction of their own logistics, accounting, financial and other systems with ATI.SU services.

For example, this way they can automate one of the most popular functions - adding cargo from the company's accounting system to the Exchange database using a couple of mouse clicks in the interface or completely without the participation of a logist. Another functionality is the integration of the API with the 1C: Enterprise configuration. The ATI.SU Exchange participants have at their disposal a number of standard and commercial (paid) APIs for a wide variety of application scenarios. Paid API services include: "Cargo Interception," "Car Interception," "Search for Active Carriers," "Distance Calculation" and "Search for Transport."

"The strategic course towards the wide development of the API was adopted by us several years ago. Recently, we have begun to pay more attention to paid APIs as an additional opportunity to develop those services that are available to users through the site and mobile applications. In this part, on the one hand, we follow the demand for APIs from medium and large companies, and on the other hand, we ourselves are trying to anticipate their needs and offer them services, the possibility of which they for some reason do not even know, "said Alexander Wilde, Development Director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

Having gained access to the API, Exchange partners have the opportunity to embed it into their systems taking into account their business goals, and they can also ask to refine the API if more advanced functionality is needed. During such integrations, users often have questions about working with the service, terminology, testing capabilities, access to up-to-date documentation. Sometimes a complete algorithm of actions is also required: for example, as a carrier to implement the checkout function. On the portal, all reference materials are collected and structured.

The previously complex technical documentation is presented in a format that is easy for even a non-specialist to understand. A user logged into the system can familiarize themselves with the API methods described on the platform and test them in action. In an effort to make the portal convenient and accessible to users, the ATI.SU Exchange team paid a lot of attention to the design of the web interface of the API portal, navigation and search system.

Also, the updated portal provides advantages to the API programmers themselves. Now it has become convenient to support and update API documentation. This allows you to get rid of some restraining factors in the development of Exchange products, to ensure the uniformity of the documentation provided.

Customers and partners of the Exchange can receive centralized support for API issues through several communication channels: in a chat for developers, by e-mail, through an electronic form of appeal or in a Telegram channel.
