Ventall continues to build warehouses for X5 Group

2021: Construction of warehouses

In 2020, the Russian metalwork manufacturer Ventall LLC entered into a long-term contract with X5 Retail Group for the construction and rental of warehouses for the Pyaterochka, Perekrestok and Karusel retail chains. This was reported on June 10, 2021 in Ventall.

Warehouses are organized according to the principle of distribution centers and are equipped with German cross-docking systems that allow you to speed up the delivery of goods to points of sale. Products are not stored for long-term storage, but are sent to their destination almost immediately after receipt. This allows you to improve the overall performance of stores by faster delivery of goods and reducing warehouse costs.

The first such distribution center with an area of ​ ​ 40 thousand square meters. m was built in Kursk on May 4, 2020 and on May 19 began operational activities. All materials were produced at the Ventall Group of Companies plants.

The package includes: metal structures, wall sandwich panels, PIR panels refrigeration, roofing materials, etc.

In June 2021, a similar warehouse is being built in Bryansk, the opening of which is planned in December 2021. This is a multi-temperature complex, the equipment of which uses complex cold technologies and other modern equipment. During operation, warehouses will be maintained by the engineering company CINTEKS, which is part of Ventall Group of Companies. In the future, the manufacturer is ready to provide this service for third-party warehouses.
