TGC-6 (the Generation of the Center division of IES-Holding) completed the project of creation of a single corporate system of personnel records and payroll of 6,000 employees, including Executive office, branches in Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Ivanovo, Penza, Dzerzhinsk and Mordovia. The project is executed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The 1C-Rarus company became integrator.

The decision on start of an implementation project of a uniform corporate information system was made in 2009. The solution became the natural stage of development connected with need for centralized operation by branches including personnel management. Unification was a main goal of the project accrual methods of the salary and managerial rules on divisions and branches of the company.

According to Elena Valeryevna Baranova, the HR director of TGC-6, creation of the unified information system in the field of personnel management was the final stage of the project on creation of a single system of compensation and material stimulation of personnel. The first stage of the project was begun in 2007. In 6 branches of the company the single system of compensation of personnel was created: the uniform scale of charges is developed, permanent payments are unified. Also in 2007 the second stage of the project as a result of which the single system of material stimulation of personnel was developed and implemented was completed. Thus, by the beginning of 2009 the wage system and material stimulation of personnel of all branches was unified, functioned and required further administration. Need of creation of the tool allowing to perform it became obvious. The situation was complicated by the fact that in branches at that time or several different systems of accounting of personnel and payroll were applied, or operations were performed manually. It caused additional difficulties both when obtaining the available information, and during creation and processing of new information flows, requirement for which increased in process of development of the company. All these factors led to the fact that in 2009 the company management made the decision on the beginning of the project on implementation of an automated system of accounting of personnel and payroll.

From May to December, 2009 within the first stage of the project in an information system the Executive office and branches in Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Dzerzhinsk and Ivanovo were joint, in 2010 - replication of a system in Penza and Mordovia is performed.

The created system allows to make personel assessment according to requirements imposed to this or that position; standardize business processes; analyze results of the carried-out certifications of personnel; conduct the complete history of work of employees; it is consolidated and identically to provide personnel data from branches in Executive office, to automatically prepare the reporting; calculate the salary more than 6000 employees and also taxes on wage fund.

In a project deliverable the technique of salary accrual on divisions and branches of holding is standardized that led to minimization of time expenditure on acceptance of important management decisions. A single normative and help system is created, the efficiency of receiving and accuracy of credentials is increased, losses from errors in calculations of taxes on wage fund are minimized.

Besides, time necessary for personnel for input and information processing was twice reduced. The analytics of the cost accounting on training, recertification of employees, calculation of labor coefficients is expanded and detailed. Accuracy of the data due to single input of primary information and also safety of data storage due to separation of access rights is raised.
