2021: Automate the leasing transaction documentation review process

The group of companies Alpha Leasing automated the process of checking the documentation for the leasing transaction for retail customers. The service reduced the time for checking the document and excluded the risk of making inconsistent changes to documents at the signing stage, Alfa-Leasing Group of Companies reported on June 16, 2021.

During the project, the company introduced the Comparator microservice, a tool for automatically comparing documents received from retail customers and partners. The service detects changes in the text, helping to exclude the signing of an incorrect version of the document.

Comparator can be easily connected to any company system, allowing you to use it in parallel processes. For example, to scale the comparison function quickly while increasing the number of documents. The solution is designed using the ABBYY FineReader Engine platform.

The company works daily with a large stream of contracts from customers, partners and service providers. In addition to standard instances, the corporate control department is involved in the approval of documents. Employees manually check documents for inconsistent changes and "pour" text onto the corporate substrate before sending it for signature. This process took up to one working hour.

After implementing the Comparator Alpha Leasing tool:

• reduced the document reconciliation time to a few minutes;
• eliminated the possibility of an error in the document during manual comparison;
• reduced the labor costs of verifying documents;
• excluded the process of pouring onto the substrate inside the company.
