In DNS, there was an urgent need to increase the speed of processing incoming responses of candidates, as this directly affects the HR brand and the deadline for closing vacancies. Sever.AI connected back in the resume phase. The robot evaluated formal signs (citizenship, experience, etc.) and automatically sent a polite letter refusing irrelevant candidates, and offered to undergo a screening interview in WhatsApp. Dialogue with chat bots took place until the end of more than 50% of applicants. Sever.AI imported relevant summaries into ATS Potok. Each candidate got to a certain stage of the funnel, where HR could see the assessment of the resume, the status of the dialogue in the WhatsApp and the location of a particular store. It turned out a high-quality sample of candidates - the recruiters only had to process them. So, with the help of the TalentTech solution in DNS, the time for processing responses was reduced, it turned out to prioritize candidates and answer 100% of applicants.
