Uralchem and Oracle have entered into an ERP implementation agreement

2021: Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Implementation Agreement

OKHK Uralchem JSC and Oracle on June 23, 2021 announced the conclusion of a strategic cooperation agreement. For the first time, the ERP system based on Oracle solutions will be installed in Uralchem holding. The agreement also includes the update of the deployed corporate information system in PJSC Uralkali (a subsidiary of OKhK Uralkhim JSC ).

In 2021, Uralchem, together with Uralkali, plans to simultaneously implement two projects. During the first, Uralkhim will implement an ERP system based on Oracle eBusiness Suite, used by Uralkali. The second project involves updating the current Uralkali ERP system to a modern version.

Uralkali has been using an ERP system based on Oracle solutions for more than 15 years. Thanks to this experience, we have no doubt about the workability of such solutions and the effectiveness of the comprehensive support that Oracle provides for all its products. During creation of the Corporate Information System it is planned to implement projects on automation and increase in efficiency of financial, tax and management accounting, maintenance and repairs (TOiR), control of work of treasury, management of sales, purchases and production, consolidation and preparation of the reporting under IFRS and also to create a uniform system on integration for association of information systems.

Oracle products will be deployed in the branches of Uralchem, as well as in a number of group enterprises, including Voskresensky Mineral Fertilizers JSC, Uralchim-Trans LLC and others.
