Was born on July 9, 1969 in Kolomna situated near Moscow.

Education

1993: MSTU of Bauman

In 1993 graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, faculty "Special Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Management Systems".

2000: Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation

In 2000 with honors graduated from Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation) in "Banks and finance", faculty "Finance and Credit".

2006: University of Navarra

In 2006 received degree of MVA in IESE Business School (University of Navarra), Spain.

ANH at the Government of the Russian Federation

Completed a Financial management course of Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)).

Upon termination of university got a job the financial manager in Taym company.
