On June 25, 2021, Axelot announced that the operation of the Ryazansky agro-mill warehouse was automated on the basis of the Axelot WMS X5.

The use of the WMS system made it possible to optimize warehouse processes, improve the performance and speed of order processing, and minimize errors.

Following the path of modernization of business processes, which also affects warehouse logistics, the management of AMK Ryazansky LLC planned the introduction of the WMS system in the warehouse during production in the city of Ryazan. The area of ​ ​ warehouses as of June 2021 exceeds 9,000 sq.m., about 100 nomenclature items are located there - finished products and raw materials.

The purpose of the project was to automate the operation of the warehouse complex. In addition, it was necessary to optimize the use of space through zoning and the development of cell bypass rules for carrying out warehouse processes. Also, one of the main goals was to improve the quality of order assembly, including due to compliance with rotation on FEFO, control on residual shelf life.

The specified quality level was achieved primarily due to the ability to continuously monitor warehouse processes and obtain information about the inventory of goods online. It was important to eliminate the influence of the human factor at all stages of warehouse processing in order to minimize the number of errors, which was achieved through the use of technologies for automatic identification of goods, places of storage, documents, equipment.

From January 20, 2021, dairy labeling began in a voluntary mode. The implementation of the AXELOT WMS X5 automated warehouse management system was an important step in preparing the company to meet the requirements for accounting and labeling of products with control and identification marks in accordance with 487-FZ.

Within the framework of the AXELOT project, WMS X5 was integrated with the corporate information system using the DATAREON ESB data service bus. 3 stationary and 15 mobile workplaces are automated.

As of June 2021, all the goals set for the project were achieved. The operation of the warehouse is automated, process control can be carried out in real time. Using the WMS system, you can monitor operations and track inventory balances online.
