2021: DJI drone equipment

GBU TO Tyumen base of aviation and ground protection of forests"" is equipped drones DJI with support. Aeromotus This became known in July 2021.

Drones help fight large forest fires, find their centers, properly coordinate groups and direct people.

The Tyumen air base got from the Aeromotus 16 company dronovDJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual. This model is equipped with a camera and a thermal imager, has a 2x optical and 3x digital zoom, which allows you to work near the scene without endangering employees. Video recording is also provided at a rate of up to 30 frames per second. The maximum flight time is 31 minute at a speed of 25 km/h. A powerful set of sensors helps drones achieve exceptional flight stability even in the most difficult conditions.

The main advantages of drones are the speed of their use in a particular area, the ability to conduct and transmit video footage of the area in real time, as well as the ease of control.

Compared to conventional aircraft, drones can fly for a relatively short time, but they are an excellent addition. Therefore, now aviation patrolling of forests in the Tyumen region is carried out jointly.

The main task of drones is to monitor forest farms, identify fire sites in a timely manner, quickly assess the scale of natural disasters, find fires and calculate the direction of fire spread, determine optimal routes for fire equipment to ensure operational extinguishing. In addition, drones allow you to identify illegal logging, detain grass arsonists on agricultural land, and other violators. Find objects built in forests without legal grounds, as well as identify many other violations of forest legislation. Well-organized aerial survey of the area provides the opportunity to make balanced decisions, to cope with the elements faster, to properly manage resources.

Experts at the Tyumen air base have already assessed the effectiveness of drones in protecting forests and plan to replenish their fleet in the future.

When working on extinguishing natural fires in May 2021, in emergency mode, the equipment proved itself well, with its help it was provided to ground units that extinguish and localize fires. The arrangement of people and equipment was adjusted, fires were detected - said the operator of the UAV of the Tyumen air base Igor Sedinkin.

In addition to the supply of drones, Aeromotus also provided training for specialists from the Tyumen air base. Classes were held in two modes: in theory and practice. Thus, employees expanded their skills and were able to quickly learn how to control drones at a professional level.
