The Association of Information Systems Operators and Digital Financial Asset Exchange Operators is a non-profit association of participants in the CFA turnover market. The Association works with government bodies, regulators, financial and commercial organizations to promote initiatives for the adoption of relevant legislative acts, in practical participation in the processes of creation and turnover of the CFA, as well as in the versatile support of all members of the Association.

The first in Russia Association of CFA Operators was created
In Russia, in July 2021, the first non-profit association of participants in the CFA turnover market was created. The Association of Information Systems Operators and Digital Financial Asset Exchange Operators aims to create a unified system aimed at ensuring the fairness and integrity of the digital financial asset market (CFA).
The development and implementation of technological innovations related to CFA is becoming a key area for optimizing and increasing the availability of banking products and services, and contributes to the economic growth of the state. It ensures the acceleration of financial transactions or transactions, the ability to process and store a large amount of data, the ability to manage identification, attract resources to implement investment activities and increase the level of efficiency of all business entities. The legal basis for the turnover of the CFA is the Federal Law No. 259-FZ "On Digital Financial Assets, Digital Currency and on Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" adopted on July 31, 2020.
In the new realities, the integration of efforts and programs of industry companies and the state will ensure the expansion of the digital space through the development and introduction of new technologies, as well as the development of the availability of information systems for operations in the CFA.
The Association represents the interests of participants in state structures and regulators, lobbying for initiatives to amend legislative acts, carrying out the necessary actions to include members of the Association in the Register of Operators of Exchange of Digital Financial Assets and the Register of Operators of Information Systems. In the technical sphere, the Association offers assistance in developing a CFA exchange platform, digitalization of assets and smart contracts. Support measures for the members of the Association can be individual: legal and technical consultations, as well as collective: thematic events.
