2020: Installation of Galileosky terminals

On July 29, 2021, it became known that the integrator company M2M Telematics Siberia installed Galileosky terminals on the cars of the Krasnoyarsk Housing and Communal Complex (KrasKom) company. In the first year of use, the solution reduced fuel consumption by 15%, the downward trend continues.

The company "KrasKom" is a large operator of the housing and communal services market in Krasnoyarsk. There are 62 cars (cars and trucks) in the fleet of enterprises for the year 2021. The company's management controlled fuel consumption using established standards and travel lists. The system was "opaque" and did not allow to identify the facts of overstatement and "drain" of fuel by drivers.

This task was solved in the framework of the project.

Project Tasks

  • Implement the fuel flow system.
  • Integrate fuel flow control sensors with 1C software products (so that dispatchers can conduct a daily inventory of actual fuel and lubricant balances).
  • Ensure continuous operation of the system even at low temperatures.

Decision

  • The project is based on Galileosky Base Block terminals. The system includes fuel level sensors, motor clock sensors, subscriber terminals.
  • As part of the development of the system, it was carried out integration with 1C software products, with a server Wialon multifunctional system GPS and GLONASS monitoring. transport
  • Additionally, regulations were introduced for working with the accounting and control system for mechanics and dispatchers.

The project completely paid off in 6 months.

Expenditures on fuels and lubricants (fuel and lubricants) decreased by 15% compared to 2019, the same trend continued in 2020.

Waybills are closed on the actual consumption of the fuels and lubricants (FL) now, but not by approximate calculations of drivers. Integration with 1C allows you to keep real-time fuel records, so dispatchers immediately see deviations from the norm (underfilling of fuel and lubricants at filling stations or "drains").
