This process is accompanied by a number of measures: for each application it is necessary to draw up and agree on a contract, obtain permission from supervisory authorities to allow energy facilities into operation, and track the fulfillment of all obligations undertaken. Upon completion, a number of documents are also signed. The turnover and negotiation of documentation takes too long.
Therefore, it is important for Rosseti Lenenergo to simplify and accelerate the procedure for interaction with consumers, as well as reduce the burden on employees who are involved in the preparation and approval of documents.
To this end, the company decided to deploy the Automated Consumer Process Control System (APCS). In the competition for the development and implementation of the solution on the 1C platform, Edith Pro Group won.
As a result of the project, all documents will be stored in the created system and agreed in electronic form. It will be possible to control the process of joining consumers: from submitting an application to forming closing acts, as well as track all settlements with them.
The introduction and development of the automated system will allow Rosseti Lenenergo not only to increase the efficiency of employees engaged in technical connection, but also to make the process of interaction with consumers completely transparent. In the end, it will become clear at what stages and in which divisions of the company applications hang, where mistakes are most often made, where standards are violated.
