2021: Secure Enterprise Customer Transactions with Mobile Electronic Signature
NICO-Bank, together with BSS and SafeTech, launched a mobile bank payment service for corporate customers. This was announced on August 2, 2021 by SafeTech. Customers have the ability to securely confirm their financial transactions with PayControl's mobile signature bank .
The objectives of this project were:
- improving the client path by achieving ease of transaction confirmation on the user's smartphone;
- ensuring a high level of security;
- minimizing financial costs compared to other technologies.
One of the important advantages of the PayControl platform was that its support has already been provided in BSS solutions used by NICO-BANK.
The bank's customers have already appreciated the advantages of the BSS BBO system, created on the basis of the latest generation platform Digital2Go and a mobile bank for legal entities Digital2Business Mobile, a full-fledged mobile office for a large range of customers. Now the security of their payments is strengthened by the popular solution SafeTech - PayControl.
The use of PayControl allows you to resist the most pressing attacks on customers: interception of one-time confirmation codes in SMS and push, the use of malicious software on users' computers and mobile devices. When the payment is confirmed on the screen of the mobile device, the customer sees all the details of the transaction (number, amount, date, account of the recipient, etc.) and has the opportunity to check their correctness before forming an electronic signature. The transaction confirmation code is generated directly on the mobile device of the client. It is tied to the details of this transaction, and even its interception by fraudsters will not lead to theft of funds from the account. An important feature of the solution is also that a mobile signature can be formed both online and offline. Thus, to confirm operations from a smartphone, access to the Internet is not required at the time of operations.
The introduction of the PayControl solution in NICO-BANK mobile bank for legal entities provided customers with the opportunity to easily and safely perform financial transactions:
- on his smartphone without the use of additional devices (tokens or smart cards, password generators);
- without delay and cancellation of operations related to the waiting or non-delivery of SMS and Push notifications;
