2021: Connection to Diasoft service for interaction with EBS

Bank "Russian Financial Corporation" (hereinafter - RFK-Bank) connected to the Diasoft service for interaction with the Unified Biometric System (EBS) in the format of SaaS. This was announced on August 3, 2021 by Diasoft. The cloud service provides the credit institution with access to a fully configured system for collecting and sending biometric samples to the EBS, freeing it from the need to install a solution in the bank to automate work with biometric data and additional costs for specialized specialists.

To provide cloud services, Diasoft uses its own data center, certified by the FSTEC of Russia and complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on ensuring the security of personal data.

The implementation of the law on the collection of personal data and the transfer of this information to the EBS requires the creation of an appropriate infrastructure and its security. For the installation of special equipment and software, even a small bank will need at least about four million rubles, and a large financial institution - twice as much. Additional resources will also be required to certify the means of protecting the received data and certifying the objects of informatization. In addition, about 40 thousand rubles will cost the protection of each automated workplace. All this is very long, laborious, costly and, ultimately, impractical. We solved all security issues, received the necessary certificates and offer banks a high-quality turnkey service for interaction with the EBS,

The use of the Diasoft cloud service is fully consistent with the domestic policy of our bank regarding the collection, processing and storage of biometric samples in the EBS. The main thing is that connecting to the service and fulfilling the requirements of the regulator required us to have a minimum of effort and financial costs, while we received the ready-made service in a short time, within a month after the decision to connect,
