On August 3, 2021, the RAMAX Group of Companies announced that together with partners DATAREON and Docsvision, it completed the second stage of the project to create a single information space in the Petersburg Metro State Unitary Enterprise to ensure seamless integration of operational application systems, NSI integrity and effective interaction with external information systems.

The purpose of the project is to create interconnected Systems (complex) for seamless integration of operated metro application systems, accumulation and management of documents used in application systems, ensuring the integrity, relevance and reliability of regulatory reference information, harmonization of interaction with external information systems.

RAMAX Group specialists together with DATAREON and Docsvision partners have created a full-fledged software complex for integrating the operating systems of the St. Petersburg Metro. It ensured the integrity, relevance and reliability of regulatory reference information (NSI) and made it possible to build homogeneous algorithms for interaction with various information systems.

The integration circuit of the project included systems, SAP, EDMS Docsvision"" and 1C: MDM"," BOSS-Personnel which were connected to the centralized NSI control system. She acted as an instrument of integration between them. DATAREON ESB Enterprise Data Service Bus

The RAMAX development team had to solve the issue of not only storing documents in an external repository, but also ensuring the invisibility of changes in the system from the point of view of business processes for its users. To do this, the solution is as integrated as possible into the SAP Knowledge Provider (KPro) standard. The scale of the project is emphasized not only by the volume of data migration and the ability to store a large number of files, but also by the careful development of algorithms for transferring and creating complex links between business objects and related documents, including the NSI system.

This complex project involved four systems, each of which required us to have deep specialized competencies: KISU on the SAP ERP platform, NSI management system on the 1C platform, Datareon Corporate Data Bus, Docsvision ECM Document Archive. Software solutions and components developed for the St. Petersburg metro will allow him to seamlessly use the system in the context of integrating the SAP platform with Russian software products, "commented Leonid Chernyavsky, Director for the Development of Innovative Projects of RAMAX Group of Companies.

The integrated solution introduced allowed the enterprise to optimize the work of several departments at once, significantly reducing the number of iterations for obtaining certain information, and thereby increasing the overall efficiency of work.

We plan to integrate all directories into a single information space - said Kirill Stogov, chief architect of IT solutions, State Unitary Enterprise Petersburg Metro. - This will allow the company to improve the quality of master data management and optimize the costs of configuring and distributing data to existing and implemented systems. We are already using the capabilities we have gained for the product lifecycle management system in terms of escalator equipment, for the electronic document management system, as well as for the operation of the medical information system.

The implemented software package allows you to maintain the quality of data, including auditing the data of the directories "Fixed Assets," "Material Master Records" and "Equipment Units," "Counterparties," "Personnel" with the preservation of the business logic of NSI management in existing application systems. In total, about 600 thousand records are stored in the NSI system at the beginning of August 2021, "said Irina Kuzmina, project manager, DATAREON.

In line with import substitution directives, the functionality necessary for the customer was transferred to the Russian Docsvision platform. The Docsvision-based archive now has a total storage capacity of more than 2 million cards, equivalent to 1 TB of occupied space.
