2021: Launch of state service for registration of LLC

In early August 2021, it became known about the launch of the To Ukraine e-Entrepreneur service, which simplifies business registration. It is available through the portal of public services. " As D_ya part of the new service, it is proposed:

• state registration of an individual entrepreneur (FLP);
• state registration of a limited liability company (LLC) on the basis of model status;
• registration by the payer of a single tax;
• registration of value added tax by the payer;
• Issuance of a retail licence for tobacco and alcoholic beverages;
• licensing of the right to wholesale tobacco products;
• issuance of a licence for wholesale trade in fuel and for the preservation of fuel;
• opening a bank account.

In Ukraine, the launch of a state service for the registration of LLC

To promote business development in Ukraine, the government is introducing an experimental project, thanks to which it will be possible to go through all the procedures in one "window" through the Diya portal. We supported the decision, which provides for the procedure for providing a comprehensive e-Entrepreneur electronic service, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said during a Cabinet meeting.

According to him, thanks to digital services, the time and resources that business spends on interaction with the state are reduced.

Full-scale launch of the service in Ukraine is planned to be carried out within two years. The participation of entrepreneurs in it is voluntary, and they will be able to get the necessary services in an alternative way.

Over the year of the Diya portal, more than 275 thousand individual entrepreneurs (FLP) registered through it. The leader in the use of this service was the Dnipropetrovsk region - more than 23 thousand residents of the region took advantage of the opportunity to open FLP in this way.

Earlier, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine launched an online service that allows you to create or eliminate FLP within 24 hours.^[1]
