2023: Results of using its own portal for real estate agencies "Etalon.Pro "
The Etalon Group on February 15, 2023 shared the results of five years of using its own portal for real estate agencies Etalon.PRO.
The tool allows registered users to access up-to-date information about the objects of the Etalon Group, including information about promotions and special offers, record the client, sign up for a visit, put a reserve on the vacant premises, promptly prepare a commercial offer and make transactions. The portal "Etalon.PRO" on the Sitefinity platform is a solution of the company "Digital Design."
Since its introduction in 2018, Etalon.ABM has been constantly developing. Over the five years of the platform's development, additional opportunities and solutions have become available to users to optimize the process of conducting real estate transactions:
- 100% coverage of Etalon Group's facilities on the platform was realized by expanding the geography of the tool's use. As of February 2023, with the help of the Etalon.PRO portal, agents sell real estate in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Omsk, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen and Kazan;
- added the function of generating a presentation in a web version with the ability to send a link by e-mail or to a messenger;
- introduced functionality for searching and filtering objects by a wide range of non-standard additional parameters. The agent may make a commercial offer corresponding to the individual wishes of the client, including the selection of the presence and size of the balcony, parking, the location of the apartment windows relative to the points of light and other parameters;
- automated work with applications for the purchase of apartments under the trade-in program;
- It is possible to use a single record to obtain information and fix a transaction in any of the cities of presence of the Etalon Group.
In total, more than 67,000 applications for customer fixation were processed in 2022. About 20,000 commercial proposals have been prepared.
More than 10,000 accounts have been created since the portal launched, including 3,000 new users in 2022, 16% higher than in 2021.
As of February 2023, more than 3,700 legal entities and individual entrepreneurs have their personal accounts on the portal.
The launch of the Etalon.PRO portal has increased the number of partners and real estate agencies, which had a positive effect on sales through the agency channel. Etalon Group has accelerated the processing of trade-in applications using the Etalon.PRO portal. This was announced on August 5, 2021 by Digital Design.
Using the additional module of the Etalon.PRO portal, real estate agents have already created more than 2,000 online applications for trade-in. The speed of providing information about the available options under the program has increased by 4 times and subsequent communication on the created application has been significantly simplified.
Etalon Group provides a selection of real estate objects under various acquisition programs, including the trade-in program. This is one of the most sought-after options for buying new housing, and it is firmly entrenched in the real estate market. Due to the popularity of the option, it was decided to introduce a module for working with trade-in applications on the Etalon.PRO portal.
It was developed by Digital Design and is an online platform for real estate agents with wide possibilities: from choosing apartment options to familiarizing themselves with the general rules of the Etalon Group for agents. On the portal for August 2021, 2,211 companies and real estate agents were registered.
Now, using this module, real estate agents can create an online request for trade-in, quickly select suitable options, track and change the status of the application. Employees of Etalon Group can now spend less time on routine operations simply by providing agents with an up-to-date database to work - such an interaction system makes the process more transparent and facilitates the prompt provision of information about available options to the buyer.
The module has already processed more than 2,000 applications for the purchase of housing, the speed of providing information on available options under the trade-in program has increased 4 times and the subsequent communication on the created application has been significantly simplified. At the same time, the principles of linear control are preserved on the portal, which creates additional control at all stages of work.
Automation of interaction on trade-in transactions is a fairly unique project in terms of application. The development of the portal and the addition of new modules that are not so typical for our industry was even more interesting for us than the start of work with basic functionality.
