Renaissance Broker records depositary transactions on the business development platform from Diasoft

2021: Implementation of the "Depositary Accounting" solution

Renaissance Broker and Diasoft announced on August 5, 2021 the completion of the project to introduce the Diasoft solution to support the depository functions - Depositary Accounting.

During the project, in just three months, the main work was carried out to implement a solution for automating all Renaissance Broker depository operations, among them - registration, processing and execution of orders for depository operations, reflecting the results of trades, conducting external settlements, supporting corporate actions and providing reports to depositors. The results of correct accounting of transactions with securities ensure prompt reporting to the Bank of Russia in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

Among other things, the solution contains functionality for automating the exchange of electronic documents with the National Settlement Depository and the Settlement Depositary of the St. Petersburg Exchange - in full compliance with the requirements of the Bank of Russia and the recommendations of the NFA SRO. The Depositary Accounting solution is part of the Digital Q.FinancialMarkets business development platform and is implemented in a microservice architecture, it can be easily integrated with third-party systems.

We expect that the transition to this depositary accounting system will increase the volume of operations and brokerage services and will contribute to the dynamic development of the Renaissance Broker business as a professional participant in the securities market. We hope that using the functionality of Diasoft products will ensure high-quality satisfaction of typical and individual requests of our customers, said Iraida Sergienko, Head of Business Support and Operations Project Management at Renaissance Broker.

The implementation of the Depositary Accounting solution as part of a business development platform for working in financial markets gives the customer the opportunity to quickly launch products and easily install updates. This is the foundation that is needed to implement Renaissance Broker's ambitious plans to develop business in financial markets, noted Kirill Zolotykh, board member, director of the Financial Markets department of Diasoft.

Upon completion of the testing procedures, the Depositary Accounting solution was put into production as planned. Since the beginning of 2021, Renaissance Broker has been conducting all depositary accounting operations in this system.
