List of the largest integrators of industrial robots in Russia 2021

In the course of the survey conducted by TAdviser and NAURR, data were obtained and reviewed ^[1] Russian integrators. Market participants were evaluated according to two main criteria - the number of installed industrial robots and the revenue from their integration in 2018-2020. To be included in the number of largest, the revenue for the announced period should have exceeded 100 million rubles, while the company should have installed 10 or more industrial robots.

As a result of the consideration of company indicators, all of them were divided into three groups. The first part, entitled "The largest integrators of industrial robots," included 33 integrators who met two established criteria at once. For comparison, in a similar list published at the end of 2019, only 16 companies were included in this category. Thus, in two years, the number of large companies introducing industrial robots has more than doubled.

The second list - "Promising integrators of industrial robots" - included 16 companies, the indicators of which met at least one criterion. In 2019, there were 14 such companies.

The third list ("Additional List of Integrators of Industrial Robots") includes the remaining companies that, according to the results of operations in 2018-2020, did not reach the required values ​ ​ of revenue or the number of robots installed.

In each list, companies are sorted in alphabetical order without taking into account specific performance indicators. This decision was made in order to minimize the impact of possible inaccuracies in revenue indicators.

Major and promising integrators

The list of the largest integrators includes 33 companies. In total, over the past three years, they earned 10.6 billion rubles on the integration of industrial robots. During the same period, they installed about 1200 robots.

The 11 largest integrators over the past 3 years have crossed the mark of 50 installed robots. In a similar 2019 study, there were only 5 such companies.

16 companies were assigned to promising integrators. Their performance over the past three years has met one of the criteria.

Comments on the lists: Most of the data provided by companies has been verified and confirmed, including with the help of robot manufacturers. However, some indicators could not be confirmed. Such data were checked on indirect grounds. Nevertheless, TAdviser and NAURR reserve the right to review the company's position or completely exclude it from the list if, after publication, the facts of providing inaccurate data are revealed. "

In general, the result of all integrators included in the lists of the largest and promising amounted to almost 11.7 billion rubles of revenue and more than 1,400 installed industrial robots. Thus, according to these data, the average cost of implementing a project to introduce an industrial robotic complex over the past 3 years amounted to about 8.1 million rubles.

All 49 integrators included in the first two lists have a production area for assembling robotic projects. The size of such a site can vary from 50 to 6500 square meters. meters. The total number of technical specialists involved in the introduction of robotic complexes in the composition of the largest integrators exceeds 600 people. At the same time, the maximum number of such employees was recorded in PK ENERGOM - 42 specialists.

Among the largest and most promising integrators, the largest number of partners are among the manufacturers of robots FANUC and KUKA - 17 companies each. Also among the leaders in this indicator are Yaskawa (9 partners), Universal Robots and Kawasaki (7 partners each).

33 integrators from two lists noted that among their current customers, from among industrial enterprises, there are customers with a need for borrowed funds in the amount of 20 million rubles for the implementation of robotic projects.

The results of the study can be used by the Industrial Development Fund in the formation of a list of system integrators, with the attraction of which it is possible to reduce the borrowing rate under the program "Digitalization of Industry" to 1%. In this case, enterprises that will acquire robotic complexes from companies included in the list will be able to receive a preferential loan at a reduced rate. Additional list

An additional third list included 25 companies that did not pass the criteria in the lists of the largest and promising. This included not only newcomers to the market, but also fairly mature players with experience in introducing robots and robotic complexes in large industries. However, rather high criteria left them below the line of the first two lists.

Applications of robots

Based on the results of processing the responses of all 74 integrators, it turned out that most often robots were introduced to move materials (54 integrators) and palletize (51). 47 integrators introduced robots for welding, 41 for servicing machines, 39 for other processing operations (drilling, milling, riveting, cutting with a water jet, tearing, cleaning, grinding, polishing).
