2021: Withdrawal of 48 million rubles

The investigation believes that Poloshkov received money at the expense of scams with the supply of spare parts for Orlan drones. The investigation into the case by the beginning of August 2021 is ongoing, law enforcement officers have yet to disclose the entire fraudulent scheme.

Orlan-10 is a Russian multifunctional unmanned complex for monitoring long and local objects in inaccessible terrain, including during search and repair work. The drone can also be used for military purposes, as the device is able to transfer targets for artillery, tanks and air defense vehicles (air defense).

Another suspect in this case is the general director of LLC Kazan Plant Elektropribor Pavel Shatskikh. The company was supposed to establish mass production of mounted equipment for the drone.

However, Shatskikh, without approval, began working with an affiliated legal entity. At the same time, components were purchased at a price overstated to 400%. Because of this, the plant and customers suffered damage, the amount of which is unknown.^[1]
