Biography
Andrey Bugayenko (the son of Valery Nikolaevich Bugayenko, the head of Federal Communications Agency - Rossvyaz) was born in the Saratov region. Graduated at Military academy of the Strategic Missile Troops of F.E. Dzerzhinsky (nowadays of Peter the Great) as "a research engineer of system engineerings". Candidate of Technical Sciences.
In 2005 defended the dissertation in the field of reliability augmentation and efficiency of ICT infrastructure and the organization of distributed computing. After the termination of academy occupied different engineering, scientific and executive positions in public service.
Since 2007 until the end of 2011 headed the direction of information technology development and information security in Synterra Ltd.
From 2011 to 2014 worked in JSC Multiregional Transit Telecom (MTT) on a position of the Deputy CEO for IT and business.
From 2014 to 2020 supervised strategic directions of work in federal state unitary enterprise Scientific Research Institute Voskhod as the Associate director.
Since 2020 held a post of the chief executive of University 2035.
