Implementation of EDMS based on Docsvision on Syzran Refinery is complete

The ACS-group group completed implementation of the first stage of an electronic document management system on JSC Syzran Refinery. At the moment in a system more than 150 users work. As the platform for creation of the solution the document management system and Docsvision business processes was selected, as the consultant for creation and implementing solution the ACS-group Group having serious experience of implementation of automated control systems for documents including in affiliated enterprises of Rosneft was selected.

Within the project the staff of ACS-group company created an effective control system of execution of instructions with the developed analytical reporting. For the purpose of simplification of work of employees within the project integration EDMS Docsvision with ERP- a system "Galaktika" on a sync level of reference books of partners was implemented.

By estimates of specialists as a result of work the overall level of performing discipline of employees of Refinery due to creation of a common information space and ensuring accurate structuring an information stream is raised.
