In 1988 she graduated from Altai State University with a degree in Labor Economics.
Biography
1988-2000
She began her career in 1988 at the Barnaul plant of geophysical equipment as an economist.
In 1995, as a specialist, she began work in the Territorial Fund for Compulsory Medical Insurance of the Altai Territory.
In January 1997, she was appointed Deputy Executive Director of the Fund for Economic Affairs. On September 5, 2000, by order of the Head of the Administration of the Territory, she was appointed to the post of executive director of the TFCMI Altai Territory.
2012
On April 2, 2012, she was appointed acting head of the Main Directorate of the Altai Territory for Health Care and Pharmaceutical Activities.
On May 22 of the same year, he was approved for the post of head of the Main Directorate of the Altai Territory for Health Care and Pharmaceutical Activities.
2017-2020
On January 1, 2017, she was appointed Minister of Health of the Altai Territory. From October 2018 to August 2020 - Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Altai Territory.

On August 17, 2021, the Railway District Court of Barnaul Irina Dolgova in the case of abuse of office (two episodes of Part 2 of Article 226 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). She was sentenced to three years in prison with conditional deprivation of the right to hold posts related to the exercise of organizational, administrative and administrative functions in state bodies for three years.
According to the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, in the fall of 2018, Dolgova, at the expense of the regional budget, provided an expensive medicine to her friend, who did not have the right to receive it for free.
