Client Task

- Adapt new employees by providing information on practices that are accepted in the company.

UPECO decided to translate the basics of flexible skills training into an electronic format. And, thus, provide open access to the necessary information and allow you to test your knowledge in practical tasks.
Project Objectives

- Give a theoretical basis with practical tasks in electronic format in order to engage in face-to-face programs only in practical work without studying theory.
Realization
UPECO has set itself the task - to help employees master soft skills - and has developed a series of electronic courses in the main areas.
Each new employee in the process of adaptation takes the course "Internal management practices," in which he gets acquainted with the accepted procedures and rules of performance management.
All employee courses are available for study, and when promoted or empowered, you can quickly access basic knowledge about the topic. For each course, a guide was drawn that leads the user during the training. The information in the courses is presented in a simple and understandable language. Uses the flash graphics style. To maintain interest during training, an interactive is used in various types.
A significant part of course content is self-test tasks (do not affect the outcome) and control tasks that transmit and store course completion data to the LMS. The pass result is displayed at the end of each course. It shows how well the information was learned in the course.
